The Storehouse Community food bank is to help assist residents of Ajax with emergency food needs.  The Storehouse IS NOW OPEN every Thursday night from 6:30pm-8:30pm and available to help individuals and families once a month where necessary.

STAND Student Ministries is our youth group for students in Grades 6 to 12.   A great place to make new friends, have a ton of fun, and grow deeper in knowledge with Christ.  Let's STAND together.

Kidz Unlimited offers programs for children (JK - Grade 5) on Wednesday evenings and Sunday mornings.

 Our Nursery and Toddler department is staffed by caring individuals who have willingly undergone police background checks and interviews to insure the safety of your children.  Our Nursery and toddler area is to help parents enjoy the Sunday service free from the distraction of having to tend to their young children.  Our coordinators give experienced leadership to this ministry.

 The worship and arts ministry of our church are very special.  We have gifted musicians and singers who use their talent to bring Glory to God in a variety of musical styles.  In addition to music, this department overseas all of the technical aspects of the Sunday service and helps with the creative elements of the church. 

 Our prayer ministry is an ever increasing component of our church.  Jesus said that "His house was to be a house of prayer'.  It is our desire that we fulfill His prayer for His church.  Southside has a weekly prayer time on Tuesday mornings at 9:00am.  There is also a monthly corporate prayer meeting One Sunday night a month at 6:00pm.  There is an emergency prayer team that prays for crisis needs and an ongoing group that prays for the various leaders and ministries in the church. In addition to this, there is a prayer gathering before every service and corporate prayer is always offered each Sunday during the service.

Our outreach ministry is an ever changing, growing function of the church.  We are involved globally by supporting Mission's projects that reflect our core Values and by supporting Missionaries monthly to help them fulfill their calling.  

We are in an ongoing relationship with Glen and Kerry Halliwell who are serving in Malawai.

We are also in an ongoing relationship with Charles and Desirea Silva who are serving in India.

Locally, our HOPE Ministry sends teams to Nursing homes to visit and encourage Seniors on a seasonal basis.

Each summer we host an annual kids camp for children ages 4-12.

Christmas is our favorite season as we help families in need with food and gifts. 

Our Women's Ministry "Women of Worship" (WOW) meet seasonally throughout the year.  Their purpose is to support one another and grow together in their faith.  

 Our Men's Ministry meet throughout the year for various events and mentoring sessions.  It's purpose is to provide support to the men in our congregation as well as bring the men together for special projects and recreational activities.  

The Joy Club (Just Over Youth Group) is our 50+ seniors group.  They meet seasonally throughout the year for a variety of enjoyable events.
